Roberto Robba
General Manager
As General Manager Roberto wears many hats. First and foremost, he oversees every case that comes through our doors, from start to finish. Roberto is responsible for all final quality control checks before our restorations are delivered to our clients, and is solely responsible for all implant cases that are made by Finesse. Roberto handles calls daily from our doctors to assist with questions and offer professional advice, as well as travels to offices all over the tri-state area to assist chairside.
Roberto loves soccer! Previously both a coach and player, he hopes to coach again one day soon.
As Assistant General Manager, Gayle is quite busy! She has been with Finesse since 2009, and chances are, you may have spoken with her over the phone through the years! She is the ultimate multi-tasker, and the glue that connects the entire lab to the external world!
Gayle oversees our customer service team, and helps keep track of the cases coming in and out of the lab, from intake to shipping, and SO much more! Over the years, she has really enjoyed learning the different aspects of the dental field.
Outside of Finesse, Gayle loves to spend her time outdoors with her family.

Rachel Nyce
Executive of Marketing & Development Pennsylvania
Rachel brings the Finesse team 20+ years of clinical and management experience in multiple dental specialties. She also enjoys continuing education courses and expanding her dental knowledge as much as she can. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys the great outdoors; whether that be hiking, fishing, birding, riding her motorcycle, or exploring new lakes on her kayak. Rachel also has her own jewelry business and her works are featured in multiple store and salon locations. Inspired by nature and her travels.
Ashley DiSantis
CAD/CAM & Cosmetics Supervisor
Since 2008, Ashley has held just about every position in our fixed restorative sector, making her very well rounded as our current Head of CAD/CAM & Cosmetics Supervisor.
Ashley graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from Temple University: Tyler School of Art and Architecture, with a major in Ceramics and a minor in Metals/Jewelry/CAD-CAM.
Ashley acts as a dental lab quarterback to keep cases moving and supplies in stock. In this digitized field of constantly changing products and possibilities, it is important to stay current, thus education is a large part of what we focus on.
Although Dentistry is her priority, her true passion is fine art ceramics. Her spare time is spent with her furbabies, learning to cook, and spending as much time outside as possible.
Amy Hargesheimer
Executive of Marketing & Development New Jersey
Amy brings Finesse 30 years of clinical Dental Assisting experience! Her love of the field, working with wonderful Dental Professionals & people, and background in General Dentistry and Periodontics, is certainly a benefit to the Team! Not to mention, she's a lifelong New Jersey resident!
In her spare time, Amy loves spending time with her three daughters, hiking, knitting, and singing! You may even catch her in a local 80's cover band!
